Poured from a bomber into a snifter.

L: Pours a clear light golden color. Two fingers of white head... minimal retention. Nice lacing.

S: Granny smith apples. Not much else.

T/F: Sweet and tart... pressed apple cider, especially granny smith. Almost puts me in the mind of a green jolly rancher. Faint malts.... not much funk. Just a sweet and sour kind of sparkling apple juice.

O: Easy to drink, reasonably tasty... not overly complex, and again... 'green jolly rancher' comes to mind. Hard to call this beer... your non-beer drinking girlfriend will love this.

Pours a golden color with a slight haze to it, fizzy white head that fades quickly and no lacing on the glass.

Smell has a strong sweetness, apple are the dominate aroma, justifiably, but also fairly one note.

Taste starts out sweet with a good deal of tartness thrown in as well, apples are very well represented as the driving force, not much to balance out the sweet apples though, no hops whatsoever but not entirely surprised based on my past experiences with Lindemans, probably one of the most cider like beers I've ever had so if you enjoy cider you'll enjoy this, carbonation is medium-high and finishes sweet but the tartness prevents it from being cloying.

Thick ass bottle made me think this was gonna be sour as hell, full of pressure from the bugs. Nope. Bright yellow color, solid 1" of white head. Aroma was sweet apple candy. Hmm.

Taste was overly sweet, some mild apple tartness. This one isn't as sweet as some of their others, but it is still close to balanced instead of sour. God please let them make an unsweetened version of this, this is a turn off to most people who are trying to get into lambics.

Poured at 46°F from a 355ml (bottled on 03Dec14) into a snifter. Consumed on 30Dec15.
LOOK: Pours with a half finger's worth of white foam that shrivels into a line within 25 seconds. Gold in color with a moderate amount of cloudiness. Rising bubbles are moderate in quantity and medium in size. Lacing is thin and subtle.
SMELL: Very strong aromas of apple juice practically overpower the hints of the sour green apple acidity from the yeast.
TASTE: Very strong apple juice flavors enter initially and remain the only flavor on the palate for the longest 2 seconds of my life. Subtle barley and earthly yeast flavors finally come in along with hints of sour green apple acidity as apple juice flavors persist.
FEEL: Light-bodied and highly carbonated. Goes down rough due to the carbonation. Finishes extremely crisp.
NOTE: From the aroma, I would not believe that this was a beer. Even from the taste, the barley and yeast flavors were hardly there to distinguish this as a beer. With all that being said, it still tasted great and my rating reflects that.
