Pours clear with no head to speak of. Very sweet smell of apples, I was expecting a bit more tart flavor. Not much of a beer flavor to it so I was a bit disappointed.

This was poured into a stange. Here goes. There was a nice light somewhat hazy pale orange to yellow glazed over sort of color with a fairly decent one finger white foamy head that left a decent amount of foamy light lacing. The smell had a super nice conglomeration of apples to spice to light/bitter hoppiness trying to invade my nose. The taste took those flavors and combined to flavor to assist in combining a nice real take that was quite flavorful into the beer itself. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body and had a fairly sessionable quality running about it. Overall, in my opinion, not a bad beer to have,, I’m unsure if I would seek this out again.

Similar to an excellent cider, could be a bit less sweet

750 ml bottle. Pours golden with tall, long-lasting, foamy white head and nice lacing. Nose is of sweet apple, funky yeast, hint of hops and sourness. Body is medium and very tangy. Taste is very sour, funky, tart with balancing sweet apples. Finish is long and sour. Good refreshing brew.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color. Frothy white head dissipates leaving lots of sticky white lacing on the glass and a thin white layer of foam on the beer. Sediment remains in the bottle.

Smell has a strong aroma of apples - slightly sweet, but no different from the smell you get when you bite into a fresh ripe apple. Almost cider like in aroma.

Taste is very apple forward. It tastes like straight up golden delicious apples. Sweet, with a slight tartness, but balanced overall. Id say its a touch sweet for a lambic, but its not too much. Also, the apple tastes quite natural and avoids tasting like apple juice or something fake.

Feel is crisp with medium carbonation. Medium mouthfeel. Slightly dry finish.

Overall a very good lambic. The apple works really well in the beer. I think this beer is under appreciated based on the reviews here.
