750 ml bottle. Pours golden with tall, long-lasting, foamy white head and nice lacing. Nose is of sweet apple, funky yeast, hint of hops and sourness. Body is medium and very tangy. Taste is very sour, funky, tart with balancing sweet apples. Finish is long and sour. Good refreshing brew.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color. Frothy white head dissipates leaving lots of sticky white lacing on the glass and a thin white layer of foam on the beer. Sediment remains in the bottle.

Smell has a strong aroma of apples - slightly sweet, but no different from the smell you get when you bite into a fresh ripe apple. Almost cider like in aroma.

Taste is very apple forward. It tastes like straight up golden delicious apples. Sweet, with a slight tartness, but balanced overall. Id say its a touch sweet for a lambic, but its not too much. Also, the apple tastes quite natural and avoids tasting like apple juice or something fake.

Feel is crisp with medium carbonation. Medium mouthfeel. Slightly dry finish.

Overall a very good lambic. The apple works really well in the beer. I think this beer is under appreciated based on the reviews here.

Poured from a bomber into a snifter.

L: Pours a clear light golden color. Two fingers of white head... minimal retention. Nice lacing.

S: Granny smith apples. Not much else.

T/F: Sweet and tart... pressed apple cider, especially granny smith. Almost puts me in the mind of a green jolly rancher. Faint malts.... not much funk. Just a sweet and sour kind of sparkling apple juice.

O: Easy to drink, reasonably tasty... not overly complex, and again... 'green jolly rancher' comes to mind. Hard to call this beer... your non-beer drinking girlfriend will love this.

Pours a golden color with a slight haze to it, fizzy white head that fades quickly and no lacing on the glass.

Smell has a strong sweetness, apple are the dominate aroma, justifiably, but also fairly one note.

Taste starts out sweet with a good deal of tartness thrown in as well, apples are very well represented as the driving force, not much to balance out the sweet apples though, no hops whatsoever but not entirely surprised based on my past experiences with Lindemans, probably one of the most cider like beers I've ever had so if you enjoy cider you'll enjoy this, carbonation is medium-high and finishes sweet but the tartness prevents it from being cloying.
