A: Slight cream coloured head over amber liquid with excellent clairity.

S: Peaches and yeast.

T: Sweet fresh peach, sweet white wine in the middle and some yeast in the finish. Very refreshing tasting.

M: Medium viscosity and a medium level of fine carbonation. A somewhat dry finish.

O: Extremely drinkable, this is the beer equivalent of biting into a sweet fresh peach.

Poured into a tulip glass from a 750ml bottle.

Pours a nice golden color with some orange hues. A nice 0.5 inch head forms that is a bit dense yet recedes quickly.

Aroma of peaches and some nice tartness. Sugary sweetness and some nice fruit juice notes. There are some woody and grassy notes as well with some slight white wine notes.

Taste starts off with some nice sugary notes. Peach fruit juice and some yeasty notes. There is some nice tartness that kicks up near the middle and tappers off a bit as it finishes. There is a nice crispness and dryness to the finish but with some nice flowery sweetness. Awesome brew.

This is a great fruit lambic easily could be one of my favorites. Great fruit flavors and sweetness. Awesome

Pours clear golden peach color with a minimal dirty white head which quickly dissipated with no retention.

Smells of peaches, fresh and fermented. A bit of apple and yeast come through as well.

Tate is of fresh peach, crisp and clean. The flavor progresses towards a great tartness on the end.

Texture is fine, light bubbles tickle as I drink it, and it has a dry finish that makes for easy drinking.

Another great lambic. Enjoyable, light, easy to recommend to those who are interested.

Review from notes.

A: Pours a clear golden color with a small white head that does not last long. No lacing at all.

S: Reminds me of peach ring candy. Lots of peach and candied sugar, extremely sweet.

T: Tart peaches, lots of candied sugar. Slight funk to it, but the sugary peaches dominate.

M: Light to medium bodied, on the sweet side, and more like a soda than a beer.

O: Really, not that bad. It tastes good, and in the end, that is what matters most, but not something I would seek out often.
