Better than the framboise.
Still too fruity for our liking.

Pours a clear crisp effervescent golden color. Frothy white head dissipates steadily leaving some sticky white lacing and a thin layer of foam on top of the beer.

Smell is a pungent aroma of sweet peach. Not much else on the nose.

Taste is on the sweet side with a strong peach flavor. Mild tartness on the tongue. The malt and hops are subdued, but the yeast peaks through providing a nice hint of spice to balance the sweetness. Very peach forward, but that is good here.

Feel is slightly tart, crisp, with medium carbonation. Refreshing.

Overall a very nice lambic. Yes, its pretty sweet, but its well crafted and incredibly tasty.

Light straw with a thick syrupy viscous texture. Creamy thick head is nice. Nose is very peach and apricot with sugar. The taste absolutely surprised me. The flavor of peach shines through with a surprisingly restrained sweetness. A tart prickly carbonation finishes medium dry with notes of semisweet desert wine, like a dry moscato or a sweet pinot grigio. While the slight tartness delivers a great finish on the first few sips, the sweetness however unfortunately builds into a sugary candy overdose feel. Overall, way better than I expected considering the overpowering sweetness of the frambois. But still sweet, though more complex and better balanced than I expected.

Pour is a semi hazy, golden orange hue with a small ring of head that sticks around for a while. Aroma is pretty much peaches, more of a artificial smell though. Hints of tartness. Tastes like peach schnapps. Subtle hints of spicy belgian like yeast, that's about it. Mouthfeel is relatively palate coating, medium carbonation. Overall, wish there was some kinda hoppy profile, or more Belgian yeast to kinda balance out this sweetness. This hardly tastes like a beer. Nothing but peaches and sugar. Interesting experience to say the least.

It pours a honey yellow color with a small head. The smell and taste is of a fresh peach and not much else. It is very sweet but not in a way to overdo it. If you like a nice fruity drink this is a perfect one.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a flute glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA. The appearance is a cloudy peach colored orange with a small white head. The aroma is pure peach goodness. The taste is heavy "real" peach and has a thick texture. An excellent beer! The best peach flavor beer I have had to date.
