Light straw with a thick syrupy viscous texture. Creamy thick head is nice. Nose is very peach and apricot with sugar. The taste absolutely surprised me. The flavor of peach shines through with a surprisingly restrained sweetness. A tart prickly carbonation finishes medium dry with notes of semisweet desert wine, like a dry moscato or a sweet pinot grigio. While the slight tartness delivers a great finish on the first few sips, the sweetness however unfortunately builds into a sugary candy overdose feel. Overall, way better than I expected considering the overpowering sweetness of the frambois. But still sweet, though more complex and better balanced than I expected.

Pour is a semi hazy, golden orange hue with a small ring of head that sticks around for a while. Aroma is pretty much peaches, more of a artificial smell though. Hints of tartness. Tastes like peach schnapps. Subtle hints of spicy belgian like yeast, that's about it. Mouthfeel is relatively palate coating, medium carbonation. Overall, wish there was some kinda hoppy profile, or more Belgian yeast to kinda balance out this sweetness. This hardly tastes like a beer. Nothing but peaches and sugar. Interesting experience to say the least.

It pours a honey yellow color with a small head. The smell and taste is of a fresh peach and not much else. It is very sweet but not in a way to overdo it. If you like a nice fruity drink this is a perfect one.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a flute glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA. The appearance is a cloudy peach colored orange with a small white head. The aroma is pure peach goodness. The taste is heavy "real" peach and has a thick texture. An excellent beer! The best peach flavor beer I have had to date.

The fancy looking gold foil wrapped cap over a cork makes for a nice presentation. 335ml bottle pour into a pint glass is a clear rich honey colored body with virtually no head, just a ring.
Hey, it's peach.
Light feel and rising bubbles, bright tart peach flavor.
This is a nice option between ipas and porters for a palate reset.

MJ's "Great Beers Of Belgium" points out that Lindemans figured out the lambic for raspberries and then moved on to peaches. Starting with a base for tart fruits, this might explain how Peche' is so sweet. But Peche' still works with a peach dessert... although drinking Peche by itself might be too sweet except on a very warm afternoon.
