on tap at the barrel house - served in tulip

Pours a hazed golden copper color with a thick crop of white head. Fades slowly, leaving patchy rings of lacing on the glass while drinking.

Swirling mix of bittering hops and yeasty funk in the nose. Touches of citrus and bready sweetness, caramel with a dash of heat.

Bitter and juicy up front, fairly mild hop profile with a touch of citrus peel. Belgian yeast, soft funk, peppery spice and clove. Bready backbone on a touch of caramel with residual sweetness. Biscuit dryness leading towards the finish.

Medium body, well carbonated, dry and crisp on the tongue. Fairly one note Belgian IPA, which I'm typically not a huge fan of in the first place, but this one falls flatter than many others I've tried before.
