Very Good
Rye IPARye IPA
Notes: Dry. Sweet. Hoppy.

Bitterness, with a citrus nose of Pacific Northwest. Balanced by rich two-row barley, crystal malt adds caramel notes while rye provides a spicy, crisp finish. Be bold. Drink Rye.

First time trying a Rye IPA. Can't say how it stacks up against other Rye IPAs. But I can say that I liked it!
Bitter aftertaste, hoppy, but smooth drinking. Sweet & spicy.
Will buy again.

Can: Poured a clear amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with light piney notes with some subtle spicy undertones. Taste is a satisfying mix of citrusy hops notes with light piney notes with some spicy rye malt notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but rye malt could be more dominant.

On tap at propeller.
A clear reddish amber body is topped by a durable off-white head that leaves patterned lacing.
Plenty of spicy rye in the nose that smells nice but suggests that there will be too much rye in the flavor. Instead, I find a very well balanced rye ipa that seems has a great mix of spicy rye, hops and malts.
Excellent version off the style.
