Deep golden, medium bodied & nicely bitter, Hopyard Pale is exceptional in the West Coast style. Generous hopping in the boil & further dry-hopping produce a fruity/floral aroma & refreshingly bitter finish. A true thirst-quencher!

Pours a medium-amber, orange and just a bit hazy, with a thick and creamy off-white head that has good staying power and leaves thick lacing. Smell is hoppy, certainly, but not overwhelmingly so, and there is a definite note of biscuity malt. Herbal hops character, with a bit of pine and a note of light caramel as well. Flavour is bitter and sharp, rather grassy and with obvious malt in the middle. The dry-hopping is obvious, but more from the herbal notes than from a west-coast style wallop of citrus. Mouthfeel is very highly carbonated, but crisp nonetheless, and drinkability is very good. This was my go-to beer for hot days all summer, and, though it's not stellar by any means, it's a solid effort from Garrison.

Hazy orange, moderate head dissipates quickly, light citrus nose, medium high carbonation. Lighter body. A "paler" version of the Vic Park.

Pours a light golden, translucent body with lots of frothy head at the top. The scent brings up huge cascade hops, with lots of citrus and a fairly decent alcohol background. The taste brings up huge hoppy notes at the front of the palate, evening out towards the end with quite a nice smooth finish. Overall I kind of think of this as more of an IPA, though classifications aside, this is an awesome beer.

Pours a huge head that lingers. Smells like citrus, and has a lingering citrus palate. I'd drink it again...

On tap at The Snooty Fox.
Pours a golden amber color with a huge off white head that persists for a while. The aroma is filled with butterscotch and popcorn. I find it hard to get passed the butter, but the bartender assures me that this is a west coast style IPA. The flavor follows the aroma Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. I couldn't get past the butter but other people tell me this is great.
