500 ml bottle with a BB date of June 2015.
Red-copper body has excellent clarity and a fine bone-colored head.
Aroma: mix of earthy English hops and mixed caramel and medium-roast malts.
Flavor: mild bitterness picks up and lingers on in the aftertaste.

A: Clear filtered amber with no carbonation and 3 fingers of cappuccino beige head. Leaves a lacing like fine etching in glass.
S: Malts, citrus, toasted goodness, hard water.
T: Hard water, plum, citrus, lemon, dark toast, biscuit, a little salt as well.
M: Medium light body, medium low foamy carbonation, dull bitter and dry finish.
O: Got at Siam Paragon, drank in Songklha March 4th, 2015. Really enjoying this brew. A classic style.

Clear 500ml bottle: BBD 22 Mar 2014. Poured into an 'Old Speckled Hen' badged vase shaped pint glass on 4 Oct 2013.
Nice looking brew, clean and clear chestnut red/brown with a creamy head that gave some heavy lacing.
More malty than hoppy, this has a toffee apple aroma and taste which I liked.
Medium bodied and flavoursome, if you are into malty brews. The hops don't really get a look in apart from being there to prevent the beer becoming too sweet.
I've just finished a 5 hour shift at a Cask beer festival (but drove home, so no tasters) and this is just what I needed, a hoppier beer comes next!

It pours a nice enough looking beer
with clear chestnut brown body and fairly respectable head of 2mm head
with about 80% of which too dense to see through
There is a sourness in the smell like metal rubbed with vinegar and a certain amount of wheat notes
It actually has a bit of taste going on
quite a sweet start with a bit of a copper taste that slowly turns bitter
leaving a boozy flavour at the back off the mouth
Just too flimsy a mouthfeel though it has the carbonation pretty much right
Overall an okay if pretty dull brown beer
it's claims of being rich & subtly complex are like Simon Cowell issuing
that statement, completely false, in the latter part at least.
