Notes:
Moving an operational brewery during a global pandemic is somewhat similar to swimming out beyond the bay and navigating waters laden with lurking barracuda. So we are stoked to finally be able to bring you something new following our move, and it really will be fine.
It'll be Fine - Southern Hemisphere IPA is chocka with Galaxy and Moutere hops from Down Under, making this brew peachy and tropical as!

Pours a pale near clear yellow to soft golden with a finger of creamy white head.
Aroma up front is of tropical hops - some citrus - grapefruit/grapefruit peel - floral and a bit of earthiness, touch of pine.
Bright sweet orange and tropical fruit initially on the palate - quickly turns to a grapefruit peel flavour and note of dank pine with a sharp earthy bitterness that, frankly, begs for a bit of balancing sweetness that never comes.
Smooth light to medium bodied and drinkable with moderate carbonation and that sharp lingering bitterness.
Enjoyed, but with IPAs like Fat Tug, Raised By Wolves, and Sartori Harvest in the Driftwood rotation this is not the offering I would seek.

Poured from a 473ml can. Best before Feb.14/2022 Galaxy and Moutere hops.
An ok IPA overall this has a nice bitter hop finish to it.

Driftwood Brewery 'It'll be Fine' Southern Hemisphere IPA @ 6.5% , served from a Growler & 473 ml can
A-pour is a light gold from the growler/can to a clear gold in the glass with a small white head , dissipating into a minimal lace ring leaving a fine spotty lace along the Spiegelau
S-Galaxy & Moutere hops , fruity
T-dank and funky , has a bit of a nasty hop bite on the swallow
MF-ok/mild carbonation , big medium body
Ov-possible good beer
