Notes:
Quadrupels are the strongest beers in the Belgian monastic tradition, though this is brewed by beer nerds, not monks. A strong, warming, intense caramel, and plum profile lead to a dry and effervescent finish. Cellerable.
MALTS - Superior Pilsen, Dark Wheat Malt, Dark Crystal II

Driftwood Brewery 'Impression' Quadrupel @ 11.5% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a dirty brown from the can to a dark amber in the glass with a small size light tan head , dissipating into a lace ring along the chalice
S-sweet caramel
T-sweet caramel malt start , followed by dark fruits (mostly plum , dates & raisin) , boozy spicy/sweet finish
MF-mild carbonation , full bodied , warming
Ov-big beer , is it possible to cellar a canned Quadrupel , time will tell
