Huge food supermarket, huge parking lot, busy store.
Tons of food options, and thankfully over the top beer options as well. The good stuff is all displayed in a long cooler unit. Loads of locals, regional heavy weights and the expected offering of larger national usuals. The loads of locals is the draw here. Worthy spot for stocking up on food and beer essentials

One of the better selections for a standard HEB in Austin. Last time I was there, the beer people there knew what they were talking about,as well.

went there earlier tonight and picked up the abita andy gator when i was in a hurry.
the previous review is pretty on point but a little harsh. i suppose it deserves to be on here because it does have a better selection than any other heb i have seen in both austin and san antonio.
quality: it is mostly regular beers and a few big bottles and seasonals but nothing to write home about.
service: no service at all like most other supermarkets
selection is pretty regular but i am sometimes pleased with their sale options and have regularly snagged some of my favorite beers at an awesome price.
not worth going out of your way for like the last guy did, but if your in the neighborhood and need to snag some backups this is a good place.

I heard this HEB had an awesone selection and went out of my way to get there. Holy crap was I disappointed. Do not waste your time with this location. Someone added this just to get the karma points. This had just your average grocery store selection. If you want Coors light, Corona, etc...this is the place for you.
**Please find who did this and deduct 400 points. Scratch that....take 600 points from this person. Seriousy, go to grapevine or specs if you want quality craft beers.
