Served in straight pint glass. Poured a clean, clear medium gold color with 1/2 inch of bright white head that had more than a more than medium amount of retention and left sheets of lovely lacing.

There was a crisp Rye scent at the front of the nose, with a bit of malt sweetness in the back. There was bit of gentle hoppiness all around the edges of the beer. The story was pretty similar on the tongue, with a nice crisp Rye finish.

The body was on the full side of medium for what is a lighter Lager, but was very smooth, and had a finish that was slightly sweet, but turned dry at the end. Drinkability was very good, this probably the 6-8th of these I've had, and I've enjoyed every one. Overall, a very nice brew from a top-notch brewery. A must try if you see it.
