Mi Amigo Rafa brought a bottle with him to give to me to try. Muchos Gracias! The beer pours a yellow color with thin foamy head with no lacing. The smell is ripe with grain. The taste is crisp and clean quite nice. The mouthfeel is light in body with good carbonation. Ovrall it is quite taste.

For the BBC oktoberfest this month, the brewery set up a pretty decent sort of festival in one of their locations and came out with some bayerische food (as in bredzels and wursts) and a couple of seasonals, their usual Chia Weiss, and a one time release of their Candelaria, unfiltered.
The pour was strikingly similar to the Weizen. Opaque, dusty golden looks with a central shadowy turbulence. the definitive difference is it has a much smaller head than their other seasonal.
Smell is very dry and rather skunked but not unpleasant, barley is all over the place. the hops seem to hide deep in the end, rather not present here.
The taste was good, but i would've stuck to the filtered one. very strong and rogue but in a rather dusty fashion, dry malt feel, even a bit mouldy in a way. strong hoppiness but without being overwhelming really.
Not amazed about the mouthfeel, though. not a pleasant, well rounded full body but rather the rustic unpolished feel of an unfinised anything really. and I might be a bit picky but i would blame it for an unusual hangover. Not bad, but should've stuck to the other.
