This may be where I am begining to show my age a bit. We happened upon the Flying Saucer at 3pm in the afternoon. The place wasnt very crowded. Maybe 25 people total occupying the bar. Later that night upon returning for another tasty pint. Holy moly Batman! The place was jam packed with college age patrons. Very loud and obnoxious frat boys seemed to be the mainstay of the bar. My wife and I drank our drink rather fast that evening and beat feet down the road.
The taps are fairly standard fare you would see in an average bottle shop. They had a bottle selection almost as big as the taps. Again a fairly standard bottle selection available. One local was on tap Yazoos Dos Perros. This was a very solid lager. The lines seem to be well cared for as we had a pretty good experience in the early afternoon. We didnt try the food as we had dined elsewhere. Overall probably not a bad spot for 20 somethings. If you have a few more years on you it may not be so good. Service was spotty and it took some doing to get refills in the evening oh well. In short I cannot really recomend this place go to Boscos instead.

Draft beer list is expansive and a mix of local, national, import. Regular beers and a few limited releases. A smaller bottle list of special stuff. If you can't find a beer to order, you've got a problem. bartenders are nice and helpful.
Didn't have any food.

This is like every Saucer - huge with typical decor. The beer were all good quality, but as for selection -- I wish they had more local brews on tap. The service was solid and the food was okay.

Enjoyed a few Belgians here and was pleased that I could find them in the area. I didn't have time to look up and evaluate some local options in a hurry so I went with this chain location because I knew that they would have something decent. Food was rather average. Service was a bit neglectful. Beer was good though, but a little pricey for some options but not others.
