This is a nice little oasis in el centro. They have a decent selection of international beers and Mexican craft beers as well. Nothing too fancy, rare or weird but better than you're likely to find elsewhere. The decor is brewery/beer-drinking themed with lots of breweries featured, there is a simple counter, some tables, bathrooms, a beer display, and that is about it. Truly a shrine to the love of beer set up by people who love beer. Pretty unassuming all-in-all, but it has as good of a selection as you'll find in nearby (as far as I know, obviously this could have changed).

Museo de la Cerveza is a small, cosy and very well situated beer bar, near the city center (Zocalo).

They have a good choice of Mexican beers and, good news, you can buy beers to take out for great souvenirs. The beer is rather pricey for Mexico City, but not even close to american or canadian prices.

The waiters (2 brothers) know their products and are very passionate about beer. I haven't try the food, as the all-you-can eat free pretzels were enough too calm my hunger.

Definetly a classic in my Mexico City address book.

This is a great place to have a couple of Cervezas and cool off from your day walking around the zocalo.

The owner is quit friendly, and has a great knoledge of the beers that he has in house. I belive that he is a local artist in Mexico City.

Museo has a very good collection of Mexican microbrews from around the country. They also carry some American Micro's, and some Belgian ales.

It is worth the trip if you are in the historical district of Mexico city. Stop by the ancient Aztec Temple Mayor, than quench your thirst with something other than Sol, or Corona at Museo de la Cerveza
