375 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy reddish copper color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, strawberry, fruit jam, skin/seeds, red/green apple, red grape, honey, candi sugar, wheat, and bread; with lighter notes of hay, straw, grass, oak, funk, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/light funky yeast, raspberries, oak, and pale malt/sugar sweetness; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, strawberry, fruit jam, skin/seeds, red/green apple, red grape, honey, candi sugar, wheat, and bread; with lighter notes of hay, straw, grass, oak, funk, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; and light yeast/oak spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, strawberry, fruit jam, skin/seeds, red/green apple, red grape, honey, candi sugar, wheat, bread, hay, straw, grass, oak, funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light funky yeast, raspberries, oak, and pale malt/sugar sweetness; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from fruit tang/tartness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and slightly slick/syrupy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.5%. Overall this is an awesome sweetened fruit lambic style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/light funky yeast, raspberries, oak, and pale malt/sugar sweetness; very smooth and easy to drink with the the modestly lactic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. One of the best sweetened lambics I have had. Insanely jammy fruit with balanced sweetness, and adequate tart/tangy dryness. Mild levels of funk. A really enjoyable offering.

A 375ml bottle with a best before date of 30th December 2017. Poured into a Cantillon ballon glass.

Appearance: A clear brownish colour with a slight red tint and a just less than one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly while leaving some sparse lacing.

Aroma: Sweet raspberry jam and grape juice.

Taste: Similar to the aroma, it was very sweet, on the verge of being too sweet for me. Lots of raspberry jam, with hints of grape juice and apple.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate to light carbonation.

Overall: The aromas are nice, but its taste is on the verge of being too sweet in my opinion. Don’t think I can drink more than one small bottle in a single sitting.

375ml bottle, hope I'm putting it under the right listing. Dark red, muddy. Smells like raspberry jam. Flavor is straight sugar and raspberry jam, where is the lambic. I noticed before I opened the bottle it said "raspberry juice". This was a red flag that I should have caught when I bought it. Lame.

375 mL bottle. Brown body with a very small white head. Smells of raspberry and some sugar. Tastes very sweet. Sweet raspberry. Just a bit of tartness. Sugar flavor has some depth, like brown sugar. Medium body. Way too sweet, but nothing unpleasant besides the sugar.

This beer reminds me exactly of raspberry jam! The aroma is sweet and the color is a rich ruby red. When tasted, the beer is tart. I probably wouldn't be able to drink a whole bottle of this, but I love fruity beers and I really enjoyed this one. This would be great on a warm summer day with a salad or a cheesecake dessert!

750 mL bottle pours a murky brown with a small cap of white head.

Raspberry, of course, leads the way but there is an interesting hint of funky cheese - in a good way - like raspberry jam on top of some nice chevre!

Taste is a sweetened lambic - ala Lindemann's, but it has some tartness to it along with a good raspberry flavor. If you want a sour, this isnt for you, but a sweetened fruit beer, this hits the spot.

From a bottle, pours a light brown color with a hint of red, translucent with a thin wispy head.

The smell is all rapsberries, a little cheese, a little syrup. It has this chemical smell to it, like fake raspberry.

The flavor is sweet, syrupy, raspberries, goat cheese. It isn't overly tart, but sugary going down. Overall, this is ok. A hard style to really knock out of the park, but its decent.

Vivid red, with a rapidly dissipating head. Chemical raspberry aroma, with strong notes of nail polish remover. The taste is sweet, with more of the same chemical notes. Vile.
