Appearance: Hazy light golden color, with a moderate white head, and scattered, beaded lacing.

Aroma: Slight barnyard and sour hay aroma, quite understated, the peaches manifest themselves more as peach rind, rather than the flesh.

Taste: Very sweet, juicy peach note, with slight hints of peach skin, late in the taste, a sour hay and barnyard note appears, as well as a slight medicinal note, which lingers on well past the end of the taste.

Mouth feel: Smooth and full, soft on the palate, pleasant.

Drinkability/notes: A pleasant, understated example of a lambic with fruit.

Sampled as a part of the "Night of Chapeau", with my friend and fellow BA HardTarget.

Aroma: Mild Belgian yeast note with some citric flowers

Appearance: Murky orange amber glass holds a collar that leaves some mild lacing

Flavor: Light honey, mild orange rind, hint of peach nectar, almost a lager flavor overall. Tasted very “mainstream” which struck me as odd.

Mouthfeel: Low carbonation, medium light body

Overall Impression: Easy drinking beer. Comes across as a lightly fruited lager, not very lambic at all! Guess that’s a pro and a con.

Sampled as part of the “Night of Chapeau”, many thanks to Pegasus for assembling the 8 flavors.

Appearance: Peach-colored

Smell: Smelled like peaches(!)

Taste: Just too syrupy...lambic was overpowered by the taste of Del Monte canned peaches in heavy syrup. Lambic tastes come forward if you let it relax in your mouth for awhile. Quite metallic.

Mouthfeel: Thick and syrupy; little carbonation.

Drinkability: Would have been even easier to drink had it not been so sweet.

Crystal clear, smells like funky peach, but tastes like peach champagne. Not sour and far too much residual sugar. Not even close to a traditional lambic.

Drank out of a 7-11 coffee cup in downtown Vancouver in the summer sun.

Ok, this is no competition to Boon or any other serious Lambic producer. What this is is a sweetish very fruity beer that happens to have a lambic back note. The beer is quite drinkable with a slightly funky lambic kick to the finish. The main body is mainly peach but I enjoyed the fruity ride to the finish. A fun beer not to be taken too seriously

Muddy brown color, with a surprisingly long-lasting frothy, lace-white head. Smell reminds me of freshly-skinned apples and pears, as well as dusty, dry dirt just as rain starts to fall on it. Flavor, though, is not as interesting: artificially sweet beer with little real pear flavor and little lambic funkiness. One-dimensional. Chalky mouthfeel, somewhat thin.

Very sweet, lot of fizz. Not a lot of substance. Comes across mostly like a sparkling peach wine. Not bad, but not my normal style. It was fine for a hot day but won't be buying this regularly.

Tart tang in the nose, though I cant really find peach. Interesting acidity and yeast character in the aroma. Body is full and rich, pretty sweet. Nose is pretty deceptive as the acidity doesnt present on the tongue. Just a bit of tart on the finish but sweet all over. Soft. Peach flavor is not quite ripe. Lindemans-esque lambic, little to no authentic lambic funk. Decent.

Interesting as long as I dont have to drink more than 3-4 ounces.

Served from a very thick green corked bottle. No head, even on the initial pour. Interestingly, there is a slight ring of tight bubbles on the rim that leaves the slightest of lace. Orange color and cloudy.

Sweet plum-like aromas. Reminds me of Japanese Plum wine.

Tastes like Japanese Plum wine! Very sweet, with none of the typical sourness from most peches. Very rich body and light carbonation.

In many ways, this is an extreme beer--I cannot remember a sweeter offering. Probably closer to a soft drink than a beer.

12.7 oz. green bottle, corked and capped.
Appearance: clear, pale orange color, with a fine, fluffy head, that dwindles away with marked urgency.
Aroma: sour peaches and candy sugar.
Big sourness on first sip, which leaves almost immediately. Nice texture, though, good lip-smacking tang, long-lasting tartness, decent finish.
Light body, light everything, but this is no hefty brew, nor a swigger or a gulper.
Peach flavor is adequate, if unspectacular.
For the price, it's an okay after-dinner sipper, to slowly while away the digesting time. Later on, we'll move on to a barleywine, or Imperial stout...
Forgetting the financial factor, no contender for Lindemans, at the least.

Appearance: Bottle is pretty cheesy looking..nothing too appealing. Relatively clear-orange color with nearly no head to speak of.

Smell: Smells pretty darn good. Smells stronger than expected leading me to believe it's probably pretty flavorful.

Taste: Tastes of peach-flavored jolly ranchers rolled in sugar. Definitely strong initial fruity-peach taste.

Mouthfeel. Aftertaste is sweet and the overall mouthfeel is good enough. Light in body but tart flavor is appealing..at least for the first couple bottles..

Drinkability:I really don't think I could drink too many in succession...or whether I'd want to at that. The fruity flavor is nice if you like that sort of thing, but this is not something I'm going to run out and buy again in the forseeable future.

A: The beer is clear pale yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that gradually died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge and some lacing on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of peaches are present in the nose.
T: Much like the smell, the taste has flavors of peaches, although they don't seem fresh and seem a bit syrupy.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a low amount of carbonation.
O: The beer is easy to drink, but seems like it could use some more carbonation.
