Pours pale gold, slight DMS (canned corn, cabbage and apple aromas, bread and a little cabbage in the flavor, medium body and medium carbonation. Meh.

8 oz tap pour into an American Tumbler at Water Street Brewery
A - Pale yellow straw with an active body but lacking head. A small white topping with low retention. Rings of lace covered the glass.
S - A light grainy husky aroma comes across with a pale malt nose. There is a finish of noble hops that crisps the aroma and also dries it out. Mellow overall.
T - Well balanced between good, dry lightly herbal noble hops and pale malt. Thankfully the huskiness is much less apparent in the flavor. A bit spicy to the finish. Like a hint of black pepper.
M - Light, crisp, and dry with a strong carbonation bite to the finish.
D - Light and crisp, it's easily drinkable but underachieving otherwise. A mediocre light beer substitute.

I liked this brew so much when I had it at the brewery that I brought
home a growler. (my first growler experiance I might add)
Has a nice amber color with a pleasent aroma of hops and caramel. Has a small head with just a small amount of
carbonation. Mouthfell is OK and goes down real good. Not sure of the alcohol content but I will say that after a couple of these there is a slight buzz going on!!
I really enjoyed this brew and recommend giving it a try if your into this type of beer.

The appearance of this beer gives impression of ordinary light lager. Disappointed with the presentation as it was served in a pint glass. Aroma above average, with slight hint of hops and pale malt. In my opinion, this beer really separates itself from the ordinary light lager by it's nutty malt flavor. Tasted no adjuncts or lingering off flavors.

(Served in an American pint glass)
A-Light clear body with a thin white head and a light carbonation
S-Very clean smell with a pale malt aroma
T- Crisp Munich malt with a mellow flavor. A hint of bitter hops but no aroma or flavor hops.
M-very light mouthfeel with no astringency or alcohol warmth
D- This beer was served pretty cold and that hid a lot of the flavors. It was pretty clean in character but it still was missing the good qualities of a Helles. It was really missing the malt flavors that I was looking for.

The beer came slightly golden yellow with a ring around the top of the beer. The nose was very grainey and very lagery. Eh. The flavor followed suit. Huge grainey flavors and lots of skanky lager character. Way too much there for me. The feel was moderate with a pretty heavy carbonation. I just can't get past the nose and flavor. I really didn't like this one all that much.
