Bottle from the local bottle shop near my new place.
A - One finger of creamy-ish white head on a hazy/really cloudy dark golden body. Decent carbonaiton. No lace and no retention.
S - Rich maltiness, orange. Dark fruit. The complimentary dark fruit element is pretty cool but I wouldn't expect it from a basic pale ale. Can't pick up the radicchio.
T - Orange, yeast, a little spice. Dark fruit is milder than the aroma, but still quite present. Less rich. A bitter sorta flavour is there which I'm assuming is the radicchio. Doesn't really show up though. Nice sweetness.
M - Good carbonation, medium body, a little bitterness and a sweetness in the finish.
O/D - A cool beer. Nice and malty with a pleasant flavour. Not particularly great but good enough. Liked it.

With "radicchio rosso di Treviso".
Light beige colored foam, compact, a lot. A bright red amber color.
In the smell malt, some herbal notes, and a good note of radicchio.
Quite fresh in the smell, with again radicchio in the back, with its typical bitterness.
Quite peculiar, with a fresh taste.
Not too long aftertaste, again radicchio, some hop.
Light body.
Well drinkable, with that peculiar interesting note.
