I've been to this place twice in the past year. I have no idea how long it's been open but it seems rather old. The store is run by one lady who carries mostly Italian cooking ingredients. The second focus of her store is wine and beer making supplies and ingredients.

There is mostly liquid malt extracts to choose from but there are grains in bags as well as some 50# sacks of base malt laying around. She has pellet hops but they are NOT refrigerated. She told my she orders new hops every week and they sell quickly, so I guess they are still slightly fresh. I told her that they stay fresher longer if you refrigerate them (since she has refrigerators) but she said that it doesn't get too hot in here. She has dry yeast and no liquid yeast. I think the best part about this place is all the equipment she has. She has lots of stuff laying around, so you have to hunt a little. she has all the normal equipment you would expect, which is nice. I bought a 5 gallon glass carboy for 25$, that seems like a good deal compared to online prices. Take a look aoround the whole store and you might fine some cool stuff.

I think the place has some potential. If you go in, tell her the same thing I did about the hops. That they should be refrigerated along with the yeast. Maybe the quality of the place will improve if her customers ask for it.
