12 oz

Pours a hazy lemon golden, sugar white film for a head retains well.

Smells of lemon citrus, coriander, orange zest, and grassy malts.

Tastes of tart lemon citrus, lacto sour, fresh grassy and wheaty grains, and sweet cracker.

Medium body with tingly carbonation on the roof of the mouth.

Like a mix between a decent witbier and a berlinerwiesse, this is a light refreshing sessionable beer that would go well with hot weather. Not overly potent in flavor, but would pair well with fish or greens. It's not earth shattering, but the combination of flavors makes me wonder why nobody thought of it before (at least that I've had). Worth trying.

Semi-opaque yellow-amber in color with decent-sized, fine, bright white head of moderate retention. Strong lemon and yeasty dough aromas, faint phenols. Very well-balanced sour. Tart, lemony, and grassy, but not puckering, and a nice bready backbone with a yeast and wheat finish. I don't detect any hops. Light body, watery, mellow carbonation, and not as acidic as I expected. In general, actually reminds me of a cider.
