Fruits/Spices: Coriander, grains of paradise
Special Processing: Add Lactobacillus (souring bacteria) to a portion of the overall wort, which produces lactic acid that gives a characteristic sourness and mouthfeel. That acidic portion is then added to other portion of the wort that was fermented with the Ale yeast. So two worts – a sour and a regular – are blended together to make Snapshot.

Slightly sweet wheat ale (think Shock Top). Pale golden with small airy head. Slight lemony, citrus aroma, taste is some citrus, bread. Nothing memorable here

Another New Belgium beer that came in a variety pack if I recall correctly. This one is a typical wheat beer with some spice rack. Comes in hazy like a wheat beer should, yellow in color, about 4/7" deep white head. Aroma hits on coriander, wheat, lemon.

Interesting, expected it to have more tartness. Comes off as a weird intermediary between tart/bitter. Well carbonated throughout. Hopping seems super mild. Light bodied, not overly spice racked. If I were to improve this beer, I'd put some sexy hops in it, blend it a little more with the lacto spiked beer, and just forget the coriander all together. Decent as it is, no problem drinking 2-3 of these in a variety pack.

I poured this into a pint glass. The appearance is hazy yellow to crisp golden in color with a one finger white foamy head that concaves in the middle to leave a ton of soapy looking bubbles gracing the sides of the glass. The smell is a sharp crisp orange, clementines, and lemons combine with a decent wheatiness coming about into a neatly packed tart citrusy and refreshing way. The taste is a combined wheaty citrusy and slightly sour flavoring. There is a slight orangey aftertaste with a decent wheat bite at the end. There is no finish. On the palate, she sits fairly light and refreshing with a decent sharp carbonation running about her and indicating that this is fairly sessionable. Overall, in my opinion, this is a pretty good American Pale Wheat Ale that does everything it needs for the style.

12 oz can from NC in SC.
This slightly hazy golden ale is milder than expected. There's light tartness, only faint spicy notes, and a mild aroma with no banana.
Crisp, light and refreshing.

From the can of indeterminate age (2014 canning, I think), it pours an expected hazy amber with a large, fluffy head that lasts as you drink it. Expected banana and clove in the nose. In the mouth: citrus and slightly sweet-sour flavor.
