Bottle: Poured a reddish hazy color beer with almost no head or carbonation. Aroma is limited to some sour cherry. Taste is quite simply the Boon Kriek with something else (I guess I should call it the NB ale) added that seems to offset some of the sourness. I thought the idea of mixing lambic with another ale was something new and was looking forward to this experience. After trying this, I wondering if maybe we shouldnt touch or tamper those wonderful lambic. Overall, this is not bad but doesnt bring anything new to Boon Kriek.
