Poured from a 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance/Smell - Appears a very clouded yellow, kind of a cloudy white grape juice appearance. Produces an inch of beautiful frothy head, and has decent retention. Lite-medium carbonation, and leaves some broken, spotty lacing. Smells of a lite citrus lemon & orange twang, a little spicy nutmeg, lots of wheat & grain, very bready and inviting.
Taste/Mouthfeel - Taste, lots of fresh breads, raw dough & yeasty flavors, followed by lite citrus orange/lemon notes. Balance is spot on, flavors marry very well together. No hop notes here, there's some spicy notes in there on the finish though, mostly nutmeg. Mouthfeel is creamy, slightly chewy, smooth, has a very desirable feel to it. You can even feel some sediment going down, medium-full bodied.
Drinkability/Final thoughts - I really enjoyed this beer from start to finish, from the chewy, sediment filled mouthfeel, to all those thirst quenching flavors, nutmeg, lemon, orange, breads. I thought this was a very flavorful Wit brew, and could enjoy 3-4 of these on any warm summer evening. Loved it! I definitely recommend you try it. Cheers!

Mothership Wit pours a hazy, bright yellow color, with a very small, lacing head. Aroma is lighter, but nice orange and spice notes. Flavor is lighter, but not watery. Great mellow sweet spices, with some hints of orange. Good body and feel. Overall, a very tasty, nice easy drinking wit.

Before voodoo ranger took over their marketing, new belgium had some good beers, this was one above average, complex, light and great art.

Poured into a tall clear pint glass. Hazy golden color, about a finger's worth of head with decent retention and good lacing.
Complex aroma. Wheat, spices, cloves, coriander, Belgian yeast, lemon, biscuit malt, dried orange, white pepper, and banana.
Wheaty and sweet, tasting citrus like orange and tangerines. Also tasting lemon and pear. The spices take a lighter note than what the aroma would suggest, but altogether one can taste the notes mentioned in the aroma for a lovely balanced wheat beer. Peppery, wheaty, citrusy, yeasty, and has those nice spices. Body is medium-light.

That's a pretty good witbier. It's no Alagash brewing but it's good. A little.citrus and a little spice makes this one perfect for a relaxing evening. Could have a bit more body as this is a little thin.

Now this I can get into...
Brilliantly yellow, hazy, and with a thin foam. The smell is very wheaty with a light and distance scent of cardamon. Mouthfeel is highly carbonated, astringent, with a taste that is mild when it comes the wheat and spices. Overall, its a decent beer, and very good as a sessionable on those hot FL days (or nights.)
