Aroma is lemon, mild strawberry, very slight lactic and tart fruit. The flavor is strawberry, lemon, malts and a mix of fruit peel and sweet/tart in the finish.

Tartastic Strawberry Lemon has a thin, off-white head, a milky, pale-yellow appearance, and some glass lacing. Aroma is of citrus fruit & yeasty bread. Taste is similar. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Tartastic Strawberry Lemon finishes crisp and dry.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a shaker pint glass.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a finger of bright white head. The head leaves a fair bit of sticky lacing before settling into a thin ring around the top of the beer.

The nose is strawberry flavored seltzer water with a lemon spritz. What.

The flavor is literally carbonated flavored water. There's some strawberry, lemon, and a weird tartness that can only be described as "taint-like". Absolutely disgusting.

The feel is watery and highly carbonated, just like seltzer water. Is this even a beer? I'm not kidding.

Overall, this is absolutely hideous. Please don't call this a Berliner Weissbier. It's a fruited Smirnoff Ice in a pretty label.

The best I can say about this beer is that it wasn't offensive. Light, almost not there, barely being able to lay claim to being a Berliner style weissbier. Weakly flavored bubbly water.

12 ounce bottle into signature globe glass, bottled on 3/15/2018. Pours opaquely hazy pale golden yellow/light pink color with a 1 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of juicy/lightly tart/tangy strawberries, lemon, lime, citrus peel, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light notes of herbal, grass, ginger, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruit, pale/wheat malt, yeast, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of juicy/lightly tart/tangy strawberries, lemon, lime, citrus peel, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with light notes of herbal, grass, ginger, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy/spicy/citrus peel bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy strawberries, lemon, lime, citrus peel, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light herbal/ginger/pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of fruit, pale/wheat malt, yeast, and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/tartness balance, and zero cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly acidic/sticky/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a very good fruit beer. All around nice robustness and balance of fruit, pale/wheat malt, yeast, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mildly tart/bitter finish. Very flavorful and never watery for the ABV. Nicely jammy fruit, with balanced pale/wheat malts and yeast ester notes. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Plenty of fruit presence.

12oz bottle. Poured out a hazy, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled like strawberry lemonade and tasted like a fruity drink you'd order at Applebee's.

Best by August 5th, single bottle.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow, decent head of foam, good lacing.

The smell is a good mix of lemon and strawberry, hinting at some tartness ; hence the name, I reckon.

I know it's only 4.2 % abv but gosh, there's not a whole lot of flavours going on. Muted I would say, tartness level securely at the lower level, which doesn't help.

Light body that gets watery in the finish.
