A - pours a slightly muddy straw pale yellow. Few bubbles racing to the top, although head retention is excellent on this one. Very frothy, cappuccino-like head and bone-white. Great lace. Intriguing.
S - A very mellow fine-grained aroma that is more texture than smell. It hits the nostrils with an effervescent effect. Slightly stale smelling, only traces of the malt shine through.
T - I've suddenly forgotten that i'm tasting beer, instead i transcend into the realm of the gods...this is what ambrosia must taste like, i think. :o). A very potent ginger-kick gives this beer a pleasant recoil. There is a certain je ne sais quoi about this flavor that is hard to pin down...probably a result of the wormwood, goji berries, and Schisandra, all of which I've never had before. Very strange indeed.
M - Its a bit thin for the style, however, i am not entirely sure this one is supposed to fit any style. Only lightly carbonated, also a bit off from the typical belgian pale. However, too much carbonation would probably ruin the subtleties of this brew
D - This one's pretty light and low on the flavor profile, so i say give 'er!
overall impression:
Neat beer. Kindof average all around, but the herbs in this beer aren't for the first time drinker, nor for those who don't like random herbs. Prost!

Gold colored beer, some haziness going on. Small head, decent lacing, average retention.
Minimal aroma escaping, lemonbread.
Same in the taste, mild bitter/tart aspect. Plenty of carbonation, hops stay away. Something to push into spring with I guess. No off flavors.
