A: a slightly hazy, light-golden ale with a long lasting white head made of rocky bubbles. You'll get a lot more haze if you roll the bottle

S: There is a distinct aroma that lets you know it was brewed with a spice or herb but it's not readily identifiable, sitting somewhere around rosemary mixed with allspice. There is a low spicy hop aroma. In the background there is a slight sulfur note like when chilies are added to a beer without the fruity pepper note.

T: A soft, light malt sweetness with a moderate spice flavor, again hard to a finger on it but it's slightly peppery and bitter. There is also a light fruitiness to the beer that is more than just yeast derived and just enough to notice. There is a medium-low hops bitterness with a low, spicy hops flavor. The balance is slightly bitter with a finish that is off-dry. The aftertaste is of a light spice and a citrusy and berry fruitiness.

M: A cream, medium bodied beer with a slightly thick viscous feel from the oats.

O: An enjoyable beer great for a cool Spring night or to refresh after an early season ride. I like the balance on the spice and fruit additions, there is enough to let you know it's there but not so much that it obscures the underling beer

Big full long lasting white head slowly settled into a nice lacing above a hazy light golden colored beer.

A light aroma of citrusy hops, light grains with some added yeastiness.

Similar to the aroma a light citrus fruit taste with light grains and lighter yeast attributes.

This medium bodied beer has a slight dryish aftertaste with a bit of the grain and citrus tastes sticking around.

Easy drinking but a little to mellow for my tastes.

Hazy pale gold with a small white head that leaves just a ring in short order. Lacing are decent just in the top 3 inches.
Smell is pungent green apple and ripe fruit.
Taste is fruity slightly acidic with some slight bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with plenty of carbonation.
Overall a refreshing Belgium Pale with a smooth medium dry finish.
