This one might not be for everyone, but I like passion fruit beers.

Look is light golden and clear. Smell is light acidic fruit. Taste brings the citrus fruit, mildly acidic. If this was sold as a kettle sour, I think I’d fall for it. The kolsch base comes through a bit in the aftertaste, but the passion fruit is the star here. Feel is moderate carb, no booze as expected for a 4.x ABV. Overall, I like this a lot.

I’ve bought multiple sixers of this one. It is unique in flavor, low in ABV, and solid in price, so it is a nice fridge staple.

Pours pale clear yellow. Smells sweet and syrupy. Heavy passion fruit body. Finishes thin and and a little stale. Passion fruit tastes artificial. A weak fruit beer.

This beer pours a clear gold with a minimal head. The aroma is absolutely brimming with passion fruit, and underripe pineapple, with crisp cracker malts. The flavor is crisp with crackery malts, with a strong tart passion fruit. The mouthfeel is bright and light with terse carbonation. Overall this is a super beer - a solid kolsch style based with an amazing amount of passion fruit flavor.

12 ounce can into signature globe glass; canned on 3/17/2019, best before 7/28/2019. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy passion fruit juice, fruit skin/seeds, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of passion fruit juice, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, pale malts, and light-moderate fruity yeast notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy passion fruit juice, fruit skin/seeds, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy passion fruit juice, fruit skin/seeds, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of passion fruit juice, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, pale malts, and light-moderate fruity yeast flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no astringent hop/fruit flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.3%. Overall this is an excellent fruited Kolsch. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of passion fruit juice, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, pale malts, and light-moderate fruity yeast flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the modestly bitter/tart/tangy drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great Nugget, Azacca, Calypso profile. Great balance between juicy/vibrant hops/fruit, with some dank/earthy notes; great clean pale malt backbone, restrained fruity yeast, and minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on base style example. Not overwhelming on any aspect, pretty much perfectly balanced between all flavors.

Pours a crystal clear bright yellow with a thick white head that falls away rapidly leaving spotty lacing. Aroma is fresh mowed lawn and a hint of passion fruit. Flavor follows the nose, with the passion fruit coming through a bit more prominent, a touch of malt in the finish. Feel is light and crisp, well carbonated. Overall a lot of flavor for a low ABV beer.

Straw in color with a white head and some lacing. Smell is sweet and very strong passion fruit. Passion fruit is the big hit on flavor that ends slightly tart. The Kolsch part of this beer is buried by the passion fruit but it's a good easy drinker.

12oz can into nonic
BB 8/11/19
Pours a light pale blond
Passion fruit aroma pops out of the can, biscuity malt
Doughty crispy, tart, with a passion fruit finish
Light and crisply carbonated
Overall a real solid beer, though it tastes like it could be a berliner

It is a clear golden peach color with a white foamy head that fades to a ring around the glass. The smell is passion fruit and nothing else. The taste is very fruity and sweet almost a fruit cocktails instead of beer. It was easy to drink but somewhat a little to fruity.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of passion fruit, caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel with super-sweet passion fruit.
