Beer is yellow and hazy with a thin white broken head that leave a little lacing on the glass.

Aroma is spicy, smells a little like ginger and tea.

Beer is medium bodied, has a little alcohol on the front, the rest is oddly dry and spice. Drinkability is fine, mouthfeel is OK, its a good beer. Spicy tea, in beer form.

A - Pours a fairly clear amber-orange color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down slowly leaving behind some thick lace.

S - Aroma is a mix of funkiness and sourness with some Belgian yeast, lemon zest, spice, touch of grain.

T - Starts off with some tartness and funkiness with some Brett, Belgian yeast, and a bit of light spice. Through the middle, some lemon zest, wheat, and a touch of bready malt. The finish is a mix of tartness and sourness with some lemon zest, spice, and funky Brett.

M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry, sour, and funky finish.

D - Very drinkable. Nicely balanced with a good balance of tart and sour flavors.

A: Cloudy, golden-yellow with a white, fluffy head. Little lace and retention.

S: A bit of funk, fruit, and must. Pleasant.

T: A very smooth, slightly, funky, bready, fruity, and easy drinking beer. First I've had of the style.

M: Smooth and delicious.

O: Seems to be a good example of the style. A good introductory beer.

12oz. bottle: This one pours with some head to it, but dies off quickly. Hazy and somewhat orange in color. I get some citrus and breadiness in the nose. It has the main taste of a wheat beer body, with breadiness and spiciness also. It is good enjoyable brew.

This ale poured a cloudy deep orange color with lots of scary looking floaties resembling of the milky way. Head was loose and settled quickly. Aroma is complex, grainy malts, lemon citrus, funky yeast and bread dough and spices all rolled into one. Has a light and crisp mouthfeel that is lively and playful. Flavor is citrusy and slightly tart. Yeast also contributes to a complex flavor. Overall a very interesting and pleasurable ale.

A: single finger head with excellent retention on a murky golden with orange hues body.

S: floral hops, corriander, pine apple and banana citrus, some mild musty yeasts.

T: breads, yeasts, herbal hops and spices, mild citrus sweetness mostly from banana with a mild wood and peppercorn zest.

M: medium body and moderate carbonation. nice degree of dryness.

Overall: this one is complex but at the same time a little bland. The flavors are many but they all kind of run together. Drinkable with nothing off-putting.
