A - Pours a bright golden yellow color. Crisp and clear with 2-finger white head that held and laced very nicely.

S - Smells of delicious fresh hops. Caramel malts come through with a nice flowery hop aroma. Hints of citrus and pines show the depth of the hop varieties

T - Light and crisp flavor of hops with hints of malt. The floral and citrus hops are most noticeable to my palate. The flavor is deeper than the crisp color would imply, but the hops are not overpowering.

M - Creamy but still light with medium carbonation

O - Very enjoyable and drinkable beer. Hop flavor and smell were both complex and gave good character. The bitterness was low and balanced by the malt which will appeal to a wide audience (reminiscent of their signature, Fat Tire).

App- A very golden color with some streaking yellow and only a 1/2 finger of head that fell to a great wall of sheen and cling.

Smell- A good crisp aromatic little beer with a bunch of little notes to comprise a very subtle one. A little citrus and a little wheat and a little bit of floral.

Taste- A crisp little beer with a little bit of each aromatic note flowing into the taste. A little bit of wheat, malt and citrus with out a very minute touch of bitter from some hop oils. One of the better blondes I have had.

Mouth- Light bodied and a medium/high carbonation level. A good bit of bubbles with a touch of hop oil and floral malt residual flavors.

Drink- A light and refreshing little beer with some solid flavors and creates a good pairing with a tri-tip & pasilla pepper sandwhich, really cut the heat and refreshed at the same time. Alone, I probably wouldn't have this beer but with that meal yes.

A- Very clear very bright golden color, half finger off-white head.

S- A veritable explosion of piney, citrusy, and spicy hop aromas. Very littl malt aroma is detectable.

T- Although it wasn't very present in the aroma the complex yet simple grainy, smooth, slightly sweet maltyness comes out right away to serve as a vertiable on which the wonderful hop flavors are served. Balance is good through the hoppy finish.

M- Good medium body with slightly peppery carbonation.

O- A very enjoyable beer. My only beef is that the name suggests to some (my wife) that it is an oktoberfest. No problem as it's still a great beer, just not an oktoberfest.
