Pour: golden brown brew with a not too thick not too thin white head

Smell: a nice blend of hops and sweet malts

Taste: a blend of 3 diffrent hops i can taste 2 of them 2 diffent hop taste one more bitter then the other. Also blended is some sweet malts that dont make much of a appearance a a light kick of citrus.

Overall: only 6.4 its pretty weak for a ipa. This was kind of a watered down ipa to me. Still i would drink it on a hot summer day,but definitely not one of my favorites. I like to call these begginers brews if you want to get into ipas this is the one for you. Not too harsh on the pallet.

Got this from my recent excursion to Ohio and I can tell it's kind of old with a best by June 8th stamp on it. Into a standard pint.

A - Basic hazy orange amber color with very little head just a 1/4 inch but it does seem to stick around for a bit. Decent lacing.
S - Eh it's smell rather malty sort of English smelling IPA but I can pick up on mild citrus hops and lemon rind goodness. I sip.
T - Not bad it's not as hoppy as I would like possibly due to it being a tad old but I can tell it's very balanced and crisp. Don't go in expecting a hop bomb though.
M - A tad more medium bodied I can sense the ABV and it's not as snappy as other iPA's

Overall a decent beer from New Belgium in no way terrible but nothing as zippy as world class IPA's
