A- pours an unsurprisingly hazy straw looking color with a magnificent fluffy head.
S-Holy juice. Big pineapple hits up front, with tangerine and orange heavily factoring in as well. Powerful, pungent, delicious smelling
T-grapefruit, grapefruit, grapefruit. Pineapple, orange, tangerine, with some bready malt and pine resin coming in the finish. High ABV nearly unnoticeable. More complex on follow up sips than the first.
M- weak point, feels a bit thin and weakly carbonated.
O- it initially just seems like a straight juice bomb but it’s got more to offer in the finish. It’s good. Some may scoff at the status it seems to have taken in gas stations as the new four loko but it’s honestly pretty good.

Pours a bright hazy golden orange with a thick white cap. Nice lacing. Aroma is a bold mix of citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor is just as bold, sweet up front with just a hint of bitterness in the finish. Feel is medium bodied, well carbonated. Overall a nice beer.

19.2 oz can served cold into a chalice. Best before August 27, 2023.
Appearance - Hazy golden brew with amber highlights. Two fingers of head rests comfortably on top fizzling away to a thin soapy film in mere minutes. Nice swath of curtain lacing on the edges of the glass.
Smell - Massive juice notes almost artificial in how pronounced they are. Nectarine, loads of peach and passionfruit and some mango and guava make up this sweet treat.
Taste - Fruit juice again, necatarine and peach and passionfruit with some mango backing everything up. A bit boozy but not how, although you definitely know this is no lightweight. Wheat backbone and a dry earthiness in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium full bodied, dry finish (from the high ABV) carbonation is lacking. There's something sneaky dangerous going on here, that makes you want to drink but then really dries your mouth out and the ABV becomes increasingly pronounced.
Overall - High octane with great aroma, this could be incredibly, but the dry mouth and increasing intensity of the brew (not mention the substantial can size), makes this a bit dangerous to drink, fine for one but if having a second or third in a session, you don't want to have more than one of these. Still quite tasty and worth a tipple if you can find.

Smooth, easy and fruity, New Belgium's juicier, fruitier takes their Voodoo Ranger series to the stronger and fruitier side, along with an impressive sense of drinkability. There's definitely some serious voodoo going on here.
Voodoo Ranger Fruit Force pours with a creamy, light golden appearance before rising with a creamy and pillowy froth. A vibrant scent of citrus, tropical, pitted fruit and spicy herb decorates the nose in anticipation of a sweeter taste though in its first palate impressions of caramel, honey and macerated fruit sugars.
A rising of hops place an overcast on the grain sweetness with a tangy, racy character of tangerine, pineapple, lemon, lime, cherry, papaya and passionfruit ahead of more general hop fruitiness of grapefruit and orange peel. Trending smoothly bitter, the late palate balances with a fresh grassy, sprucy and herbal hop kick.
Medium bodied and finishing malty-dry, the taste extends with a medium level of aftertaste laced with fruit peels, fragrant herbs and spicy gin-like and even banana.

This is the most vile abomination of a beer I have ever experienced. A beer like this could get me to stop drinking altogether. It is far far far too boozy and devoid of hop character. There is an adjunct juice that seems to be reconstituted Flintstones vitamins but WORSE. I looked for the inside of the can to be lined with mold or some other putrescence but alas this beer is simply this evil.
I am ashamed to have purchased it.

This is a bold, citrusy hazy IPA. It’s very refreshing considering it’s high ABV. There’s not a lot of malt here, and I agree with some of you that much of the citric, juicy flavors seem somewhat injected rather than coming from the hops.

Pours out of the can a slightly hazy straw gold with an inch of head with good retention. Smells like mango, tangerine, really juicy. Taste leans more towards tangerine citrus. Quite a bit of warmth on the back end due to the imperial nature of the beer. Great sipper for the afternoon!

From a can. Pours foamy and smells fruity. The taste is low on hops and high in tangerine and grapefruit. The citrus feels a little injected rather than from the hops.

Nice orange juice/pineapple juice aroma. Taste is the same. Alcohol well disguised. Only knock is it seems fruit juice has been added instead of from the hops.

Ok, this is not beer. It tastes like tangerine juice. It could be a total panty dropper since it is 9.5% ABV though...

This stuff will get you buzzing the tower for sure.
May be the fruitiest IPA I’ve ever encountered.
Don’t know that I’d make this my daily drinker
but I’m enjoying the six pack I found at the local grocery.
Buy some if you can find it.

I like this a lot better than the imperial IPA from voodoo ranger. Breast malt flavor with grapefruit and tropical fruit hops. Easy to drink.

Big 19.2 oz can. Smell was of orange and grapefruit. Taste was mostly grapefruit with some orange. More like a shandy i my opinion. Juicy and very smooth. Very little bitterness. As an IPA... Meh. As a shandy, nice.

Big can...1 pint/3.2 fluid ounces......9.5% abv.......goes down fairly smooth.........a good formula for getting more of a buzz than you expected!!! I poured this beer from the tall boy can into a pint glass. It featured a pale yellow, hazy color with a big foamy/somewhat fizzy white head. Head retention was good and there was plenty of lacing on the glass. The aroma and taste were not as pronounced as some big IPA's but they were definitely noticeable and quite pleasant. The primary nose and flavor was orange with a little tropical fruit thrown in. There was enough bready malt to smooth things out. Mouthfeel started off crisp and a bit harsh with some noticeable alcohol presence. This tamed down somewhat the longer I sipped and by the end, you could say this beer was relatively smooth. Quite enjoyable but packs a bigger punch than expected once you're done!!!

19.2oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a clear golden orange color with a one-finger foamy white head that has great retention and leaves some lacing behind
S- grapefruit zest and candied orange initially on the nose, followed by ripe peach, mango, passionfruit & a hint of cantaloupe
T- citrus forward up front with some zesty grapefruit and juicy tangerine. Mid-palate gives some tropical notes of peach, pineapple and passionfruit. The finish gives more zest citrus on a juicy linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish

Im ususlly not and IPA fan, as a matter of fact I only trully enjoy the juicy ones. Ghost in the Machine is/was my favorite, but this one holynsmokes its good and refreshing. It doesn’t punch you in the face like Crowd Control, or have the mild bitterness of Ghost in the Machine. It’s more like a five point palm exploding heart technique type beer, five steps and fall down after a few of these!!

Look...Dirty yellow haze with a white head
Smell...a hop start of mellow citrus into a vibrant defining lemon that dominates. An especially strong vapor that I rarely if ever get from the micro macro big guys.
Taste...A lemon dominated almost Pledge like start with a mellowing in the middle palate of a tangible malt and melon with a dryness that ensues never making this beer sweet.
Feel...a slick and not sticky juice that leaves a tangy bitterness. leaves a minimal lacing
Overall...I bought this beer because of various articles telling me to buy this. Don't believe everything you read that is for everything in life. This beer is pretty good but I like their are other beers in The Voodoo Ranger series beers that I like better.
Anyhow I will give this another try because I bought the Big ass 19.2 can and do not know how old. It has the Best Buy date at May 2023 so I assume this is pretty fresh so. I generally do not rate a beer on just having one because I tend to rate it after I have had at least two of them. Worth a go

Look: Hazy yellow-orange with a sudsy white head that quickly builds and settles to a lid, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Oranges, tangerines, peaches, a little pineapple, bready malt, and wafts of melon. No alcohol detectable on the nose when cold
Taste: Whoa. A full-blown orange creamsicle-like flavor crashes onto the palate upon first sip and quickly followed by waves of citrus fruit. Pineapple and melon shine in the middle and closes with oranges and tangerines
Mouthfeel: Full, soft, medium carbonation, and no dryness nor astringency on the finish. Again, no alcohol detectable here, outside of some mild slickness
Overall: I dig it. For such a big ABV beer and a hazy, this drinks like a standard IPA that is soft and doesn’t feel like a thick/chewy hazy nor does it drink like it’s 9.5% tag states. Tons of juicy citrus abound with nice pineapple and melon notes highlight this and glad to have tried it

Very good double IPA/Imperial IPA, perhaps not as good as sierra nevada's big little thing, but certainly superior to voodoo ranger imperial IPA. High in citrus on the nose with a big fat long lasting head, but very malty and, to be honest, not that much citrus on the taste. Be careful with this stuff, you'll get very drunk with that crazy ABV.
