Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy amber color with burnt orange highlights; the modest head leaves a nice pattern of stringlets around the snifter
Smell: The hibiscus provides a unique, strawberry floral character to the aroma; just a tinge of sourness as well
Taste: Opens with a distinct strawberry character, that grows in both sweet and tart directions by mid-palate; there is a bit of a cidery element, as well, not to mention a vinous quality that emerges, after the swallow; the sour flavors are understated but linger in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Drinkability: Certainly not a beer likely to appeal to the sour aficionados out there, this is a enjoyable beer with a unique strawberry floral character; rather refreshing, in the way a dry Rosé might appeal to a certain type of wine drinker

Amber color, 1/2" head on it, off white. Flowers and tartness in the smells.
Taste was a mild going easy drinking wild ale affair. Some flowers and citrus rind. Its a 2.5 on the 1-10 sour scale. Real mild. Flowery. The brett character just wasn't there for me, I heard NB pastuerizes all their beers now, even wild ales, so that would seem to destroy any brett development, and this tasting was somewhat confirmation of the rumor.
