Cloudy amber color with a two finger thick head. A fairly passive looking beer with little carbonation activity.

As far as the taste goes, it's dominated by mild malt and a sweet fruitiness. Passion fruit comes to mind. The beer is very crisp, and incredibly drinkable. Carbonation is light, which suits my preference.

This is pretty damn close to a perfect summer ale. Despite the light feel, this has quite a lot of complexity. Kudos to New Belgium!

Golden yellow apperance. Minimal lacing on the glass. Get the hops and fruitiness all together. Smells of citrus.
Really good ale. Cheers!

From the bottle only.

S : cracker malts, lemon rind, orange zest.

T: some of the same, with melon notes and biscuit malt. Kolsch-like.

F : medium bodued but still refreshing.

O : I loved this Blonde Ale. Having it with a friend on his back patio, so the review is short and sweet. I'd rather savor the moment and conversation than bother with the review, but I had to take notes as I more than likely won't be buying it soon. However...I'd have it again.

12 oz bottle, bottled on 6/27/15. Clear dark golden color, thick and fluffy one finger head. Good retention and lace quite nicely. Grassy and piney aroma, with just a hint of cracker or bread. Just a hint of ester on the taste, followed by a nice piney taste and cracker flavors. Mouthfeel was thick and juicy and well carbonated. Overall, I wasn't expecting much from this beer and was pleasantly surprised, pretty good stuff, I can see why the Bros rated it the way they did.
