I poured this into a pilsener. The appearance was a hazy golden yellow color with a slight transparency about it to allow light streams of carbonation to be seen rising. Three finger white foamy head dissipated leaving a messy sort of lacing. The smell had a sweet grassy and grainy sort of sweet corn malt to eventually allow a really nice sweet lemon to come in. The taste was mainly the sweet grassy and grainy corn. The lemon was no where to be found in the flavor. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. The carbonation was substantially good for the style and for me as it was there but nothing overbearing. Overall, I say this was a pretty good Pilsener.

Decent pilsener style beer. Good color and carbonation, aroma is non-existent beyond some soaked malt. Taste is also lacking any standout flavors, even though it is a more subtle style this one is muted. Body is good. Just very generic

Slightly dark for the pilsener style, but still crystal clear, yellow, and bubbly. The head is deep, pillowy, and somewhat persistent, making me expect a hoppy pils with a full, protein-backed mouthfeel.

The aroma is delicious. Fresh, bright hops, flower petals, rose water, clover, and honey.

On the taste, the honey is much more prominent. The aromatics manage to clean up the finish, but the mid palate is quite sweet for the style, and would not characterize this as a hoppy pilsener. I just recalled that this brewery is known for sweeter Belgian styles, and it seems that their approach has influenced this brew.

As I get further into the glass, the sweetness is becoming cloying, which is not something I’ve ever said about a beer this light. This beer would be better at frigid temperatures, and overall I’m finding it to be a bit off-style.

Ok this one is a bit hard to rate properly because a bottle of this beer was handed to me in a locker room after losing a hockey game during a Thanksgiving weekend tournament. However, my impression is that it was good for a Pilsner and it tasted just fine and was enjoyable!

Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Very nice looking pilsner. Smells slightly grainy, characteristic pilsner aroma with a faint juicy hop backbone. Taste is straight-forward malt and grain, but not without complexities. Slight biscuity finish with the occasional tickle of hops. The body is light and goes down easy but it is still meaty enough to know your drinking a craft beer. Overall this is a fine pilsner in every shape and way.

Lig Jr head and straw color, smooth going down, feels good, but there is something about the flavor that leaves me disappointed, can't put my finger on it. It is a little too intense for me.
