From old, undated notes. Had this one on draft.

Clear golden hue.

Minimal off-white head; minimal lace.

Tart fruit & white wine nose.

Medium thin mouthfeel.

Apple juice meets white wine; not for me but drinkable.

Had on tap at the Bryant laske Bowl. It arrives bright gold with a thin finely bubbled white foam collar. Fruit and saison yeast aromas dominate the nose. It tastes mostly plum with traces of apricot over light bread. Medium to medium light body, above average carbonation. Different, decent but not their best work.

enjoyed this bottle shared with the wife poured chilled in a cervoise and goblet.

The color is golden with hazy look and quick dropping white head with fine bead and visibly carbonated. Fruity floral, juicy and spicy aroma with yeast ester with mild alcohol aroma. The feel has tangy lightly sour texture with medxium high carbonation with slight spice and mild sweetness upfront with mostly dry finish with mild alcohol influence.

The tangy fruit is noticeable with stone fruit quality and tangy melon-like aspect with strong phenolic yeast with mild malt presence and spice with mild toasted grain with fruit that subsides rapidly and gives way to a dry alcohol warmth in the finish. This is not a bad beer -okay except that fruit is lackluster just an ordinary tripel I suppose with alcohol heat and yeast more upfront in the taste than is necessary.

I like the slight fruitiness that's not too sweet.
