Picked up a 750mL bottle from Ølbutikken in Copenhagen, DK. Uncorked this one as I was just too curious to wait any longer.

A: poured into a Cantillon glass; cloudy, cherry-tinged, tea amber; two fingers of fizzy head recedes quickly, leaving no lace; unlike any beer I've ever seen.

S: tart; woody; earthy; cider; kind of funky.

T: tart and oaky; cider vinegar; crabapple gives a killer tart finish; by far the most sour and tart beer I've ever had! Crazy.

M: Medium-body; high, lively carbonation; so tart and sour it's almost painful after a while.

O: Apparently, a crabapple lambic will make the sourest, most puckering of tart beers; wow - a doozy; so intense. I see why this came from "The Mad Brewer!"
