Appearance, cloudy gold, typical Witbier. Smell, orange with that hint of coriander. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, and very nice on the tongue. Taste, throw in a lime and this beer is great. Nicely done for a Witbier, this is by far one of the best. Much better that the more popular brands. Overall this is a good beer to have in the fridge for those ladies. Well done.

Appearance – Clear deep yellow body with a thin layer of head. Expected it to be hazy.
Aroma – Strong spices of coriander and clove, herbal, orange peel, and slightly sweet.
Taste – Spicy, wheat malt, a little grainy, a little sweet and fruity, estery character.
Mouthfeel – Surprisingly thin… thinner than most witbiers.
Overall – Good but did not stand out as being much better than most others.

BOD 3/13/15. Pours a clear gold with a touch of amber. Normal head volume, lacing and retention.
Outstanding nose of coriander, orange and yeast.
Light medium body with a smooth texture. Superb carbonation with a nice effervescent burst in the middle and a solid prickly finish.
The flavor profile is outstanding. Up the intensity and body a bit and this approaches world class flavor. It begins with a subtle grainy sweetness that then explodes with coriander. Orange arrives next with a touch of phenolic clove which slowly lingers past the finish. Fairly clean and very well balanced, just a tad bit tame.

a: a hazy burnt orange color with some lighter yellow notes towards the side of the glass. 1/2 finger head that fades to a thin white film on top
s: orange & lemon peel, coriander, clove, cardamom, lemongrass, big wheaty notes, faint musty smell, pear skin
t: follows the nose nicely. the cardamom, clove, and coriander hit you right away. that fades into a nice full smooth wheat flavor. behind that is a sweet citrus zest, the slightest kiss of honey, and light caramel
m: light. medium carbonation
o: honestly, i could drink this all day. its light, but has just the right amount of flavor for a Wit. Nice flavors in here that transition well in the mouth. Give this a chance if you come across it

Came off as much more like a saison than a wit. It was not refreshing as a wit should be.

The nose has a lot of coriander. It hits you in the face. I felt like it was too much coriander since I wanted some of the orange peel to shine. The taste was nice and clean and was different than what you would expect after smelling the beer.
