Many thx to CarolinaCardinals for the bottle!
A - Medium caramel colored pour with nice steady, carbonation, and a dense, white creamy lacing ring.
S - Nice biscuity, toasted caramel malt aroma with a tiny amount of earthiness.
T - Same as the nose with biscuity toasted caramel malt while ending with a subtle amount of hoppy earthiness.
M - Medium body with gentle carbonation.
O - A solid beer!

This is a phenomenal beer, you won’t be disappointed. The color is an almost perfect, copper color, which is hard to get with a Marzen. It smells like biscuits and honey, you will think you are a Jew going into the promise land. This became my #1 beer this year, from Samuel Adams

Bottle 29 Aug 25. Poured clean with nice head and beautiful color. This märzen is in good form with an enjoyable feel, subtle hops ending, and more than expected lacing. Slightly less flavor profile than other Oktoberfest biers but still a notable and pleasant experience. Strong recommend. Great beer!

A stellar marzen, with a slight tasty carmel bite for a finish.

16oz can PCKD 07/23/24 poured into a mug at fridge temp 5.4% ABV. The beer pours bright light to medium amber with light khaki head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of bubbles. The aroma is mild with sweet, bready notes. The taste is semisweet caramel malt that starts a bit sweet, then leans toasty, before a mildly bitter, herbal finish. The feel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Cleanly lagered. Overall, good easy drinking beer and a decent American take on a Märzen.

Poured on tap, this beer is a gorgeous clear copper color and sports a sudsy white head that lingers and forms a ring on the glass. Beautiful Marzen.
It’s served pretty cold on tap, but if you’re patient and let it warm a bit, you’re rewarded with a nose that features biscuit notes up front, with caramel, wheat bread, and a bit of floral hops follow. Wow.
The taste is a delicious combination of the biscuit and caramel bouncing off the wheat bread and bit of hops for a full flavored beer that is perfectly balanced, and accentuated by a very clean, crisp mouthfeel.
This is magnificent, IMHO.

Picked up a four pack from the Appalachian Vintner in Asheville 8-15-29 for $13.99. Canned on 7-24-23; consumed can #1 for review 8-27-23.
Beer poured a lovely shade of copper that had a very nice head with some nice hang time.
Nose is biscuits that are toasted with a nice honey quality.
Taste is near perfect as the toasted malt base give me notes of honey and caramel. Hopping lends a perfect balance but is clearly not overtly in the post sip aspirations as the wonderful, toasted honey caramel flavor dominates in the end.
Mouthfeel is very soft and each sip smooth which is a quality i have not come across much.
Overall a world class Marzen!

I am trying a bottle of this beer whilst at my bestie's house in Charlotte, NC. It poured a clear amber with no head and no lace. The scent had sweet malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base and subtle finishing hop flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
