Poured from the tap at blind lady sunday morning.

Poured into an automatic glass. produces a nice finger of tan head.

aroma is nice medium roast, mild chocolate and coffee come out of the glass. very easy on the nose. balanced and pleaasent.

the taste is more of the same. I nice drinkable stout where all the flavors mix together well. the coffee is just strong enough, the malt and cream from the oatmeal is pleasent.

overall very drinkable and a great showing from Lee!

Growler fill at the kick off event at Blind Lady Ale House. Still a very good, above average beer with strong coffee notes (good, quality coffee) but it just didn't knock my socks off. I drank the beer withing 3 days of the event, so freshness wasn't an issue. Good layers of cocoa and coffee defined the beer but almost left my mouth with a coated feeling. Would have paired better with food than on its own.
