Bottle from Boise Co-op. Looks good with thick fluffy head, but aroma and taste are just average at best. Malt and mild hops, but not remarkable. One of the few disappointments I've had from these guys.

From 12 oz. bottle. Pours into a clear honey color with fluffy head that quickly disperses. Light carbonation with tiny bubbles. Fruity aroma, almost tropical. Some zest taste combining well with malt. Pleasant dry mouthfeel. Overall a crisp and gently offering that can be continually enjoyed.

Gold color, slightly cloudy. Head slightly yellowish in color, fine bubble, sizable, unfortunately, it did not last.
Aroma: sweet malt and fruity aroma is very pleasant not cloying.
Taste: clear freshness, sweet and slightly sour fruit.
Gentian delicate, slightly dry on the finish. The loading medium toward high.

L: Pale golden McDonald's arch! Clarity is decent and it was just cold enough to frost over my heine mug. Lacing is on point and the big 1" inch fluffy head isn't bad either.

S: Orange peel stands out, as well as grapefruit notes.

T: Not overly hoppy. Orange zest and grapefruit peel hold up the nose, with big biscuity malts really showing there stuff after. Very bready. There is a little herbal/citrusy hops that help keep the finish on the dry side. Well balanced and just enough complexity to keep you coming back for more.

F: Light to medium body with carbonation on the lower end of medium. Finish is crisp, but short

O: This isn't your average hop forward APA, but that does not mean this isn't a great beer. It's refreshing and drinkable with just enough hops to keep it interesting. I think this is a very well-balanced beer and I love a good hop-bomb as much as the next guy, but this is just a solid APA.

Bright gold with plenty of clarity to stand out. Full inch of white heat, muted hop notes and toasted Cheerios.

Taste was the same as the aroma. Mildly grassy. Decent lawnmower stuff.

355ml bottle as a gift:
Underwhelming really, if it didn't look so good when I poured it then it would probably have been the worst beer of the four I've tried from the brewery. There was nice biscuit malts with a sweet backing & a few earthy flavours beside all the bitterness that helped the beer down. On its own this would have been a nice enough offering but I was expecting a little more from the brewery based on a couple of others I've had from them in the past; enjoyable but not great.

Pours a dark honey color with a large bubble head that quickly dissipates. Smells of fruits almost lemon full of citrus. Tastes quite nice with a touch of fine malts and a bit of hops bitterness. It has a light mouth with a slightly sour aftertaste. An average American micro brew.
