Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The beer is a clear orange amber color with some red tint. The head is small and white. The flavor is a mellow hop flavor that is very refreshing. A real good IPA.

A little deeper in color, more like an English IPA. Aromas of sweet malt, hops and yeast rolls. Taste is mild, a light balance of malt and hops. There is some light citrus in this one, orange, tangerine, etc. Finished very clean and light..

Enjoy by 11/2015. Reviewed live 07/2015.
Appearance: Dark honey, white head, good lacing.
Aroma/Flavor: Medium intensity orange/tangerine hop character over light breadyness on the nose. Hop/malt character is the same but more balanced on the palate. Bitterness in check.
Mouthfeel: Medium light, watery texture.

A: The beer is relatively clear amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high light beige head that quickly died down, leaving a collar of large bubbles around the edge of the glass and a thin film on the surface.
S: Sweet aromas of caramel and toasted malts are present in the nose along with some hints of piney hops.
T: Like the smell, the taste is a little sweet and has flavors of caramel and toasted malts along with notes of pine resin and hints of associated hop bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little watery on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. No crispness is detectable.
O: This beer reminds me a lot more like an English IPA because it isn't as hoppy or bitter as the American counterparts. Nonetheless, the sweet malt flavors make this an IPA that is quite unique.

Rather cloudy copper color. Unlike anything I have tasted. But it is well balanced and has a great aroma of bread or rising dough. Not sure if that is from the several hops used or the type of yeast but I like smelling it more than drinking it. At 82 IBU's the fresh bread like smell couldn't possibly be from the yeast must I must attribute to the 6 different hops. I don't know any beer that utilizes that many hops without making a mess.
