Went to Vignola on a date with my wife. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The ambiance is very nice. Really high ceilinges with exposed brick walls and tall vintage windows up front provide a great street scene to contrast the cozy atmosphere inside. The bar is straight inside and is really cool looking with a fantastic wine cellar off to the right that the servers will scale in order to bring down bottles purched high above.

Quality and selection overall is reasonable. In terms of beer they have some good local offerings on tap and a bottle beer list that is smallish but impressive. They also have a good coctail menu, including beer coctails. I got a Casco Crawler (which was featured on Drinking Made Easy) which was tasty though beer coctails are not my thing. Probably a better place for wine it seems.

Food: fantastic, one of the better meals I've had out. And they change their menu daily using local ingredients and products.

Price is higher-end but not outrageous (~$20 for entrees). Value was overall very good. My wife and I both loved it and will certainly come back. Highly recommend for a date restaurant. Make reservations.

Used to live in Yarmouth, Maine and often found myself in the old port with my then wife. We tried this place once and was mostly impressed with the food, drinks and service. Extremely nicely done. Very clean place, slightly above our usual type of dining, but we didn't mind cleaning up ourselves. Good amount of Oxbow, Allagash and Maine Beer Company on tap. If I lived closer and had the money for it, I'd give it another go - not a cheap place at all.

Came here for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend, it's been a place we've been wanting to try for quite a while as we've walked by it in the Old Port for some time now.

They have a large list of beers that they offer, most of which are imports (English, Belgian, etc), they don't offer any BMC either. Not much of a tap list, the majority of what they offer is in bottle form.

The food wasn't the norm since it was a 4 course meal, the food and presentation was fancy and well-put, even though I didn't care for much of it, haha.

The place looks much larger on the outside with large windows, once instead you'll find it much cozier.

I'd like to come back here again to try some of their pizza and maybe get another Kasteel Rouge on-tap again (if still there).
