Pretty darn good! Be sure to appreciate the aroma on opening. Beer is balanced with the perfect blend of spices which shows through in the taste. Excellent fall beer.

En rigtig lækker ale. Krydret, græskar note. Den er en smule vinøs. Mellembrun gennemsigtig væske.

One of the better pumpkin ales around. Pours a dark gold colour with a smaller sized head. The smell is clsssic pumpkin spices, nutmeg, cinnamon etc. The taste is slightly sour, yet sweet. Quite carbonated.

Orange to blood red, filtered with lots of carbonation, and a finger of off white head.

Smells of pumpkins and pumpkin spice- nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger. I'm getting caramel as well.

Its very delicately presented, and I predominately get caramelised pumpkin flesh, with the pumpkin spices in the background. Toasted malts, coke and creme brulee are also present.

Medium body, with lots of soda like carbonation.

Got this in Waterloo, drinking it at the cottage on Lake Muskoka, Nov 23rd, 2017. Well done. Not the best pumpkin ale I've had this year, but very pumpkin forward.

From a 473ml can served straight from the fridge at 8 degrees Celsius into a white wine glass. If deciphered correctly, the best before date is Jun.23.2018.

Look: The beer pours a brilliant deep copper with 2cm of dense, deep tan head that pretty quickly settles to a thinnest of caps in 2+ minutes. Dayum the colour is beautiful. Mediocre overall head with decent lacing.

Smell: Moderate strength and sweet. Right off the bat there's some spicy and herbal hop character that disappears very quickly. Strong spices take over with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Haha, gingerbread cookies. Very faint pumpkin – I would like a little more given it's a pumpkin ale. Moderate specialty malts with notes of caramel and raisins join the ranks with the spices. The aroma turns out to be intriguing.

Taste: Moderate strength and balanced. Cinnamon and pumpkin at the front followed by cloves and a caramelly, dried fruit malt backbone. There's a noticeable (slightly unpleasant) metallic note as the beer moves towards a balanced, intense, and lingering finish.

Feel: Medium body with moderate carbonation. Creamy and smooth with a hint of warmth from the alcohol and a relatively dry finish. Mostly pleasant if the pace is slow. There's an ever so slightly acrid quality that rears its head with a quicker pace.

Overall: My opinion changed quite a bit from the initial sniff to finishing the can. At first I was not a fan of the nose as it was just all spice and not much else. However, upon giving the beer time to warm and after some contemplation I really ended up liking it. The looks and aroma are very good with the flavour not living up to the expectations created by the two. The second best pumpkin ale I've had this season. Try it!

Poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was dark amber almost murky to milky brown colored with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off fairly quick. Not much lace, seemed messy - what was there.
The aroma had some cinnamon, cloves, earthy notes, and some dried pumpkin scent. Dried grassiness, and a light caramel to biscuit maltiness came in for a subtle balance.
The flavor was semi-sweet touching through the spices for a quaint balance. Light aftertaste of the pumpkin, earthiness and caramel to biscuit tones.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt on par. ABV felt as projected. Earthy to clove and cinnamon in the finish with barely any pumpkin.
Overall, quite an interesting pumpkin ale as the "pumpkin aroma and flavor" seems very far underneath.
