Great for spring / summer sessioning. Perfect for just wanting a beer that tastes like a " beer ". Not a whole lot of head retention or lacing, but it is all about taste after all. This beer fits the bill for what it is as well as having some kolsh type qualities. Overall enjoyable.

The beer pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a large white head. The aroma is has some nice biscuit malt notes, as well as some grass and a hint of citrus from the hops. The flavor has a lot of the same notes. The grain and biscuit malt notes add some sweetness to the beer. There is a little bit of pepper and some grass and earth notes. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Decently carbonated pale golden color with little head that left no lacing. Aroma is light wheat and citrus with a hint of noble hops. The malts and citrus are balanced with a nice hit of the hops at the end. Very light and refreshing taste. Light body and medium carbonation. The bitterness from the hops is necessary to balance out the nuttiness from the malts.
Overall, a good but not great blonde. Good for spring and summer sipping since it's refreshing and light. Not the best beer from COOP.

A: Hazy, yellow with a solid 1.5 inch head--sudsy with good retention; beautiful lacing

S: Citrus and grassy hops up front (lemons and apples linger); a grainy background--really crisp and fresh aromas

T: Really balanced but actually a pleasant amount of noble hop bitterness; this is incredibly refreshing and crisp and citrusy

F: Medium body and creamy without an abundance of carbonation; a touch thin on the finish

O: This is a solid, refreshing beer; I'm incredibly impressed with this brewery so far

Pours an effervescent honey color with 3 fingers of ivory colored head. Above average lacing & head retention

S: Bready & grainy notes, plus a bit of green apple, some perfumy hops as well

T: Much doughiness, bready sweet malt & a touch of lemony & grassy hops up front. More grassy, grainy & bready notes as this warms, nice pear fruttyness & a touch dryness & lemony hops too. Finishes dry with grainy breadyness, some lemons & a touch of honey suckle & Golden Delicious apple; almost pulled a 4.0

MF: Light/medium bodied with soft carbonation, good balance

Drinks easy. I like this better in the can versus the draft versions I've had; almost seems like a different beer. The draft version struck me as more like a Mexican Lager type deal with some rough notes. This will be in the rotation if I can find it around here...

Pours to creamy white head that falls to thin layer and laces sporadically. Hazy gold blonde color.

Clean, crackery malts, slight fruit ester and soft noble hops.

Honeylike, buttermilk biscuit, pale malt flavor, sweet middle and a tangy, bitter balance in the finish. Hop flavors are soft and floral/grassy/citrus. Not at all an APA style, closer to a Kolsch or Helles in the hop profile.

Light to Medium, Moderate CO2, no harshness, burn or astringency

A hearty yet light blonde ale. Bitterness is substantial but not at Sierra Nevada Pale levels. Appearance is underwhelming. Has some good meaty ale characteristics--won't mistake for a Pils. A good all-occasion quencher.

Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a deep golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, malty. Taste is also mild, bready malts, light, floral hops, refreshing. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall not a bad beer, but seems to be lacking any punch.

Poured from pint can to brandy snifter, big thanks to 4balance for this one!

Pours a middle gold without much of a pulse... Fat two fingers of white head, a bit of lacing.

The nose showcases some corn, wet hay, leafy hops, faint pale malts, pretty damn clean. Smells like a nice BBQ beer.

The taste exposes a lot of the same things... mild grains, soft corn, a bit of hops near the end. If this was my local brew it would quickly become a staple summertime beer at my house.

American blonde? Not really... But still a quality hot weather beer from a brewery that I wish had a spot in MN.

Tried this via pint can purchased in Tulsa. Not much lacing, but nice aroma and good taste. A great "light" blonde that has very good flavor.
