A wonderful beer in the Dortmund tradition. Beautiful Golden color with perfect head. This is a fairly strong beer @ 6%ABV but it tastes light and is not filling. The hops and malt are perfectly matched and neither overbears the other. This brewery is one of the best in the Country, if you ever go to SLC, UT you must go there, they have 6-8 different beers and all of them are magnificent and very different.

Poured medium yellow/amber with a small persistent head,
Smell is sweet and crisp, quite different, with notes of hops and malt but overall smells very agreeable like a lager
Taste is both hoppy and of sweet malt, yet the feel is someone light.
This is a great beer, the malt and hops balance is very interesting

Canned with no date. Poured into pint glass.
Appearance: bright golden in color with a white foamy head that dissipated to a skim of white foam.
Smell: smells almost like some imperial lager. There are strong aromas of cracker, biscuit, and sweet malt. It's not complex but very prominent.
Taste: very sweet malt, biscuit, and cracker. It's not complex but its imperial-like. The flavors seemed stronger compared to a pale lager. It has a very light bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: medium-bodied and a little slick.
Overall: this is a strong tasty beer. The flavors are not complex but rather at a more imperial level despite the 6% alcohol content.

12 ounce can.
It pours a 24 k gold, it is clear, and does well with the lacing/foam.
I am picking up a lot of caramel malt with some grain and some noble hop bitterness.
Almost balanced taste with the caramel malt and grain just winning out over the tasty hop bitter notes.
Good body, good drinkability, pretty crisp.
It's an enjoyable beer.

12 oz. Can
Pours a very nice clean/clear golden yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a two-finger plus creamy white head, which leaves lots of sticky lacing behind. The nose is mostly malty with a nice slightly bitter note. The taste is malty, with some nice bitterness. Medium body. Overall a pretty tasty brew, might buy again.

A clear golden colored beer with a smallish white colored head.
Wonderful strong noble hop aroma. Grassy hop with a fairly strong saffron scent. Some scorched sugar and caramel scent round out the smell.
Strong noble hop bite from the start. Mildly sweet but also herbal and spicy. Assertive bitterness but not an overwhelming hop bite.
Good strong American Lager.

Poured into a pokal glass from a 354 ml. can
The appearance was deep gold with a touch of haze; a white 2 finger bubbly, cream head; sticky lace leftover on the glass; good retention. The head turned into a thin, white, bubbly surface.
The aroma was rum-like, a touch of caramel malt and biscuits. A slight earthy touch, as well.
Upon the first sip a rush of sweet, light, syrupy malt dominated the front of my palate, which then balanced out from the bitter moderate hops. It has a dry biscuit-like/cracker character; a light caramel rum taste which added a touch of booze, but not overpowering. Overall, the subtle bitter hops mixed with the sweet grainy malt really made this beer quaffable and satisfying.
The body was robust and hearty, and on the heavier side; yet it finished like a fresh, crisp light lager. Very refreshing; enough carbonation to quench your thirst!
Overall, another solid beer from Utah's Bohemian Brewery. A great interpretation of this style. I enjoyed every sip!
