Golden - copper color w/ good lacing throughout. Great smell w/ hints of pine and citrus. Taste and feel are substantial. You know you are drinking an exceptional beer as soon as you first taste. Finish is equally good. Fatheads brewery, North Olmsted, oh

Mostly clear, golden amber color. Foamy, off white head with streak lacing. Aroma is light tropical fruit, grain, and spice. Flavor is citrus and pine, bread and mango. A hoppy bite to it, but still smooth. A good beer overall.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a Dogfish tulip

L: Clear medium golden copper pour. 2 fingers of off-white head leave sticky lacing on the glass.

S: Grains and pine. Grapefruit and spice.

T/F: Follows the smell. Grain character gives it some body. Bitter hop profile... lots of resinous pine... grapefruit and black pepper. Sharp and crisp.... and hop bitterness dominates. Finish is sticky.

O: A quality IPA... nice and bitter, and overall very refreshing. Lots to like here.

bottled 2/24/17.

pours fairly clear copper hue. white fluffy head with good retention and lacing. very inviting aroma of pine, citrus, and mango. bitterness is fairly strong, but not off-putting.
overall, everything you want in an IPA. great looking pour, hop forward, intense but not overwhelming. highly regarded as it should be. this was super fresh, i am sure that didnt hurt anything.

One of my favorite beers from one of my favorite hang out spots. Drinks really smooth and it has a great aroma. It's hard to get where I live and it's a must have when I'm on vacation.

Pours a clear rich gold, with a 1 inch head that fades into a lingering ring.
Aroma is pungent grapefruit, and citrus hops.
Taste Definetly follows the nose here, big grapefruit and citrus, followed by a dank resinous pine like finish.
Mouthfeel is good but leaves a a dry, sticky, lingering feelin.
Overall a very solid west coast IPA, very aggressive hop profile that blends citrus, pine, and dank hops beautifully.
