I'm a sucker for beers resembling WC IPA's. Here goes:

A: Very clear orange amber with a large head that leaves adequate lacing. Plenty of carbonation to boot.

S: Very piney and floral characteristics. Also some grapefruit. Also some caramel malt and honey to balance out the hops.

T: Delicious. Tastes very much like SN Hoptimum. Initial taste is of caramel/honeyed malt which gives way to hops. Hops are predominantly piney with a hint of grapefruit(i.e., pineapple, some mango, too). Great mix between hops and malt.

F: Very good. Very full-bodied. Actually, it feels somewhat heavier than 7.5% ABV.

O: Great beer. Will have again.

Poured into an IPA glass from a 12 oz bottle.

Color is clear honey gold with a three finger fluffy white head. Excellent retention and sticky lacing. Smell is delicious and juicy. Lots of grapefruit and tropical aromas. Flavor is bitter grapefruit rind on the palate followed by tropical juices. Finish is very bitter and crisp. Body is light, maybe a tad thin with moderate carbonation.

Overall, a very delicious IPA. Maybe a tad thin and not as complex on the flavor as I had hoped, but I'm really nitpicking.
